James Faber - Jack Rabbit

Founder and CEO

James Faber’s passion for food was cultivated during his youth on a classic New England farm, and has taken him around the world over 25 years as a chef and entrepreneur. After graduating from the New York Restaurant School, he honed his culinary skills in Scotland, New York City and France before settling in San Francisco. Following stints with Real Restaurants’ Bistro Roti, West Street Grill, and the Kimpton Group’s Grand Café, James launched his private catering company Delice along with DeLessio Market & Bakery, which he’s grown for the last 15 years. He transformed this thriving business into Jackrabbit in 2016 to provide healthful, convenient, and delicious meal options for the modern world.

Antonio May - Jack Rabbit

Executive Chef

Antonio grew up in the Yucatan Peninsula, where he developed a love for cooking while watching his Grandmother at an early age. He moved to the U.S. to train as a chef, where he worked for decades in Italian, French, and Asian restaurants. He has held Executive Chef positions at the Real restaurant group alongside famed chef-entrepreneur Gordon Drysdale, leading kitchens at Cafe Museo and Betelnut. He draws these experiences into a culinary philosophy centered around globally inspired flavors created from the freshest local ingredients.

Bobby DeTulio - Jack Rabbit

Catering Director

Bobby DeTulio has 15 years experience with the Jackrabbit team, and a lifetime of restaurant and sales experience. As Catering Director, Bobby’s approach is to work with clients as a planning partner — first understanding their vision and then bringing each event to life in the most memorable way possible. He ensures clients are cared for at every step of the journey, from their first phone call to last person leaving their event. He’s a seasoned expert at producing weddings, large conferences, corporate lunches, and holiday events.
